New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Limited has secured a ₹161.55-crore contract from Power Finance Corporation (PFC) to carry out interior and fit-out works for its newly acquired office space at the World Trade Centre in Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.
In a statement issued Thursday, NBCC confirmed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PFC for executing the comprehensive interior development of the office, which spans across 2,70,758 sq. ft. of carpet area covering all floors (G+9) of Tower-H in the premium commercial complex developed by NBCC itself.
“As part of this collaboration, NBCC will undertake the complete interior fit-out of PFC’s office space with an estimated project cost of ₹161.55 crore,” the company said.
The deal adds to NBCC’s robust portfolio in project management consultancy and marks a key milestone in the ongoing development of the World Trade Centre complex in the capital.
NBCC is a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and is actively involved in infrastructure development, including government projects and commercial real estate ventures.
