NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has successfully concluded an e-auction of residential units at Aspire Leisure Park in Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh. The auction generated a total revenue of approximately Rs. 1,153.13 crore.
According to a regulatory filing made by NBCC on Friday, a total of 560 residential units were sold through the online auction process. As per the agreement terms, the company will receive a marketing fee equivalent to 1% of the total sale value. The company also confirmed that the transaction falls within its regular business operations, and details have been made available on its official website.
NBCC continues to play a key role in redevelopment and construction projects across India, contributing to major government initiatives, smart city developments, and real estate projects for public sector clients.
