The National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC) has officially handed over possession of flats to homebuyers in the Heartbeat City – I and II projects. The handover ceremony was held recently and marked a significant milestone in the long-awaited project, which had faced multiple delays.
According to a press release issued by NBCC, the event was attended by representatives of SBG Amrapali – I & II, ad hoc Apartment Owners Association (AOA) members, the project’s contractor, and senior officials of NBCC.
During the ceremony, possession letters were handed over to 38 homebuyers. The recipients expressed heartfelt appreciation for the efforts of the court-appointed receiver, NBCC management, the project team, and the contractor agency for successfully completing the work and fulfilling the long-pending promise of home delivery.
The Heartbeat City project is among the stalled Amrapali group developments that NBCC has been entrusted to complete following a Supreme Court directive. The handover event signifies another step forward in resolving the long-standing grievances of thousands of affected homebuyers in the region.
