NBCC India Partners with Dubai’s Pantheon Elysee to Develop Residential and Hospitality Projects in UAE

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited, a Government of India Navratna enterprise and leading engineering and construction conglomerate, has signed a broad framework Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC, a prominent real estate developer based in Dubai, UAE. The agreement marks a significant step in NBCC’s strategy to expand its footprint in the booming Middle East construction and real estate sector.

MoU Signing Ceremony

The MoU was signed by Mr. Pradeep Sharma, Executive Director (Engineering), NBCC, and Mr. Ali Abusafieh, Legal Director of Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC. The event was graced by Mr. K. P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC, along with senior officials including Mr. Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), and Mr. Anjeev Kumar Jain, Director (Finance) from NBCC. Representatives from Pantheon Elysee were also present.

Scope of Collaboration

Under the agreement, NBCC and Pantheon Elysee will jointly execute high-quality residential, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects across the United Arab Emirates. The partnership is designed to leverage NBCC’s six decades of engineering and project management expertise alongside Pantheon Elysee’s robust local development portfolio, aiming to deliver world-class infrastructure and real estate solutions.

NBCC’s Global Experience

NBCC has previously made its mark on the international stage with successful projects such as the India Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020, valued at USD 46.8 million. With this collaboration, NBCC aims to expand its global presence and strengthen India’s engineering and construction capabilities abroad.

K. P. Mahadevaswamy highlighted that the partnership reflects NBCC’s commitment to delivering high-quality projects that adhere to international standards. “Collaborating with a reputed developer like Pantheon Elysee enables us to combine Indian engineering excellence with local expertise in the UAE real estate market,” he said.
