New Delhi: NBCC (India) Ltd, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Meerut Development Authority (MDA) for a major urban redevelopment initiative valued at approximately ₹296.53 crore.
Reviving Stalled Assets with Modern Infrastructure
Under this partnership, NBCC will provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the redevelopment of key land parcels in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The project aims to revitalize stalled or underutilized urban spaces, transforming them into sustainable, modern infrastructure zones with a focus on green development and efficient urban design.
The work order has been received in the normal course of business and is aligned with NBCC’s core operational mandate of urban transformation and infrastructure consultancy.
Strong Order Book Reflects NBCC’s Growing Momentum
This MoU further strengthens NBCC’s robust order book, which currently stands at approximately ₹82,380.22 crore. The company is actively implementing a wide range of mega infrastructure projects across the country, including in sectors such as industrial development, residential housing, commercial complexes, and more.
