The Uttarakhand government has announced the appointment of district in-charge secretaries for all districts to enhance the review of development works and administrative coordination. The following officials have been designated as district in-charge secretaries for their respective districts:
Mr. Yudhishth Kumar Sharan has been appointed for Haridwar, Mr. L. Farrel for Nainital, Mr. Sanjeev Kaur for Tehri Garhwal, Dr. Mukul Kumar Sinha for Uttarkashi, Dr. R. Rajak Singh for Rudraprayag, Mrs. Lalita Dr. Shekhar for Dehradun, Mr. Ritesh Jawalkar for Pauri Garhwal, Dr. Bindeshwarikanto Pushpananda for Udham Singh Nagar, Mr. Rahul Prasad Joshi for Almora, Mr. Prem Kumar Yadav for Champawat, Mr. Bishal Pandey for Bageshwar, Mr. Sanjay Chandra for Pithoragarh, and Mr. Anil Joshi for Chamoli.
These in-charge secretaries are tasked with maintaining constant communication with their respective districts, conducting regular visits, and addressing specific district issues in coordination with the government. Additionally, they will participate in high-level meetings held in their districts as and when instructed by the government.
District magistrates and other administrative officers have also been notified to ensure immediate compliance with these orders.
