New Delhi/Visakhapatnam: On the sidelines of the 30th CII Partnership Summit held in Visakhapatnam on 14 November 2025, the National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (NICDC), Logistics Data Services Limited (NLDSL), and the Government of Andhra Pradesh signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to digitize the state’s logistics ecosystem. The signing ceremony was graced by Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Mr. Piyush Goyal and Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu.
Transforming Andhra Pradesh’s Logistics Landscape
The collaboration aims to modernize and streamline logistics operations in Andhra Pradesh by leveraging the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP). The MoU will lead to the development of a robust integrated digital platform that provides both government and private stakeholders with real-time visibility of logistics operations and performance metrics across the state.
The initiative is expected to enhance coordination, improve operational efficiency, and enable informed decision-making across sectors. Through ULIP, stakeholders will have seamless access to logistics-related information, creating a transparent, data-driven ecosystem.
Integrated Dashboard for Monitoring KPIs
As part of the project, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, through INCAP, will work with NLDSL to build an integrated logistics dashboard. This dashboard will track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various state departments and generate analytical insights and actionable reports to optimize logistics planning and execution.
The platform’s real-time monitoring capabilities aim to strengthen and upgrade the state’s logistics ecosystem, supporting Andhra Pradesh’s vision of efficient, modern, and resilient supply chain infrastructure.
