New Delhi: NTPC Bongaigaon successfully organized a three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Practicing Strategic Leadership” for its mid-level executives, in collaboration with the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong, from January 19 to 21, 2026.
