NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has announced a golden opportunity for youth aiming for a government job in the renewable energy sector. The recruitment drive targets professionals with experience in technology and management, offering them a chance to contribute to India’s clean energy mission. The application process began on April 11, 2025, and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website — ngel.in.

To be eligible, applicants must possess a BE or B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline, along with a postgraduate degree or diploma in management. Professional qualifications like MBA, CA, or CMA are also considered valid, and relevant work experience is mandatory. The upper age limit for applicants is 30 years.

Notification from NGEL:

The selection process will depend on the position applied for and may include a screening test, written examination, or interview. While details of the salary structure are yet to be disclosed, the official notification is expected to provide clarity on this soon.

An application fee of Rs. 500 is applicable to general category candidates, while SC, ST, PwBD, and ex-servicemen candidates are exempt from paying the fee.

To apply, candidates must visit the NGEL website, navigate to the “Career” section, and click on the link for “NGEL Recruitment 2025 – Advt. No. 01/25.” After filling in the required details and uploading the necessary documents, applicants should submit the form and retain a printout for future reference.
