New Delhi: Manoj Dubey, Chief General Manager at NTPC Green Energy Limited, has retired from service with effect from 31st August 2025. He had been serving in the role since July 2025, contributing to the senior management team of the renewable-focused subsidiary.
Distinguished Career in Power Sector
With a career spanning over 35 years, Manoj Dubey brought extensive expertise to NTPC Green. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.E. in Manufacturing Engineering, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management. His technical and managerial experience played a key role in advancing NTPC Green’s operational and organizational goals.
Strengthening NTPC Green’s Senior Management
In July 2025, NTPC Green appointed two Chief General Managers to reinforce its leadership framework. Alongside Dubey, Kishore Kumar Hota was also inducted into senior management. Their appointments reflected NTPC Green’s strategy of building a strong leadership team to drive India’s renewable energy transition.

Under Dubey’s tenure, NTPC Green continued to expand its role in clean energy development. His experience added value to the company’s mission of accelerating India’s renewable power capacity and supporting the nation’s clean energy roadmap.
