Suresh Kumar Vashishth, 1998-batch IAS, has been appointed as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department in Odisha.

At present he is the Special Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneshwar.

Mr Vashishth returned from central deputation in 2020 and got appointed as special secretary in the same year.
