Paytm Recruits Ex-IAS Officer As Independent Director

Shortly after Mr. Neeraj Arora, the non-executive independent director at One97 Communications, resigned from the position, citing other commitments and personal reasons, the company appointed a retired IAS officer Mr. Rajeev Krishnamuralilal Agarwal in the position for a five-year term.
