New Delhi: The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of Mr. Harishankar Chaturvedi for the post of Director (Projects) at Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Limited (MRVC). The appointment is subject to approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
Mr. Harishankar Chaturvedi is currently serving as Chief Project Manager, Mumbai, and has been selected for the pivotal leadership role based on his experience and project management expertise within the organization.
Position to Fall Vacant After March 2026
The post of Director (Projects) is presently held by Rajeev Kumar Srivastava, who was recommended by PESB in June 2022 and assumed charge in September 2022. He is scheduled to superannuate on March 31, 2026, after which the position will become vacant.
The timely recommendation by PESB ensures continuity in leadership for key infrastructure projects undertaken by MRVC.

Following detailed evaluation, PESB recommended Mr. Chaturvedi for the top project leadership role.
