Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public rally at Kayad Vishram Sthali on February 28, the Rajasthan Police has rolled out an extensive multi-layered security plan. From the main event venue to parking zones and traffic diversions, arrangements are being closely coordinated to ensure smooth conduct of the high-profile programme.
Nearly 2,000 police personnel will be deployed, with five senior IPS officers assigned specific responsibilities for security, crowd management, and law and order.

Given the Prime Minister’s visit, police forces have been mobilised from multiple ranges and districts. Officers at the Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) levels have also been deployed for on-ground supervision and coordination.
To further strengthen the security grid, five companies of the Rajasthan Armed Constabulary (RAC) have been stationed for crowd control and sensitive duty points. Special attention is being paid to traffic regulation and designated parking areas to prevent congestion around the venue.
