Dehradun: Officers participating in the 126th Induction Training Programme at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) had the honor of meeting President Droupadi Murmu today at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

During the interaction, President Murmu congratulated the officers on their promotion to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and encouraged them to “lead by example and inspire others to strive for excellence in public service.” She emphasized the need for a national and inclusive approach in governance, urging the officers to implement policies in a way that benefits all sections of society.

In her address, the President highlighted the importance of responsive and citizen-centric governance, stressing that good administrators prioritize the welfare of the poor and marginalized. “Policies and programs must address the concerns of the people effectively,” she said, urging the officers to ensure their decisions contribute to the nation’s overall development.
