IREDA Celebrates Its Legacy On Public Sector Day

During the event, the former CMDs and Directors lauded the rapid growth trajectory of IREDA, and gave credit to the incumbent management's holistic approach to fostering unprecedented success

On April 10, the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) hosted a magnificent gathering to mark the ‘Public Sector Day’ in New Delhi. To celebrate the organisation’s legacy, the incumbent officials invited their predecessors and superannuated employees, who in turn participated in full vigour recollecting and sharing priceless insights for the future trajectory of the PSU.

During the event, the former CMDs and Directors lauded the rapid growth trajectory of IREDA. They gave credit to the incumbent management’s holistic approach to fostering unprecedented success and ensuring bonhomie in its workforce, including superannuated employees.

The present CMD, Mr. Pradip Kumar Das, said, “This gathering holds immense significance as it not only honours the contributions of our valued predecessors and superannuated colleagues but also underscores our commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration. Their wealth of experience and insights are invaluable assets that will continue to guide us as we navigate the dynamic landscape of renewable energy development. Our growth story is not just about numbers and achievements; it’s about the people who have been the foundation of our success. We are grateful for the wisdom and guidance of our predecessors, and we look forward to leading IREDA to new heights with the same spirit of excellence and collaboration.”

This event was graced by IREDA Director (Finance) Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohanty, Independent Director Mr. Ram Nishal Nishad, Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) Mr. Ajay Kumar Sahani and other eminent officials. Other IREDA officials posted at their numerous branch offices actively participated in the event via virtual mode.
