Results: RailTel to Announce Q2 Financial Results on October 29, Proposes Interim Dividend with November 4 Record Date

New Delhi: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd, a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, has announced its upcoming Board Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The meeting will focus on reviewing and approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Additionally, the Board will deliberate on declaring an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

Board Meeting to Review Financial Performance

The forthcoming Board Meeting marks a key event in RailTel’s financial calendar, reflecting the company’s commitment to transparency and consistent communication with its stakeholders. The review of unaudited results for Q2 and half-year will provide insights into the company’s operational and financial health amid an evolving digital infrastructure landscape.

Interim Dividend Consideration and Record Date Announcement

Alongside the financial results, RailTel’s Board is set to consider the declaration of an interim dividend for FY 2025-26. To facilitate this, the company has designated November 4, 2025, as the record date. Shareholders holding shares as of this date will be eligible to receive the interim dividend, subject to the Board’s approval.

Trading Window Closure in Compliance with SEBI Norms

In line with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading regulations, RailTel’s trading window has been closed since October 1, 2025, and will remain shut until 48 hours after the financial results are officially declared. This move ensures fair trading practices and prevents any misuse of unpublished price-sensitive information.

This financial update comes at a time when RailTel continues to expand its digital infrastructure footprint across India.
