Additionally, the Board will consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26.

The Board of Directors of GRSE will convene on November 4 to evaluate the company’s financial performance during the first half of FY 2025-26. This session will involve a detailed review of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025.
