The Bhajan Lal Sharma government of Rajasthan has orchestrated a major police reshuffle in the state, transferring 114 police officials, for the first time after being elected in November 2023. Only a few days ago, 58 IPS officers were transferred by the state government, of which 14 officers were appointed as the SPs of 14 districts. This was followed by the transfer orders of 114 Rajasthan Police Service officers, which were issued by the Home Department on the evening of October 1st.
Mr. Mukesh Chavda has been made the Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) of the Legal Cell in Jodhpur. Mr. Sanwarmal Nagora has become the ASP of the Crime Against Women Investigation Cell in District Bhiwadi. Mr. Kaluram Meena became the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Women Crime Research Cell in Jaipur. Mr. Kailash Vishnoi became the Additional Superintendent of Police of the Crime Against Women Cell in District Jaisalmer.
