The Bhajan Lal Sharma government has recently mandated seven IAS officers to take up additional charges in various departments of the state administration.
They are:
- IAS Ravin Jain (2004 batch), the incumbent Secretary of the Tourism Department, has been charged with the additional responsibility of CEO of Amer Development and Management Authority.
- IAS Anupama Jorwal (2011 batch), the incumbent Special Secretary in the Planning Department, has been given additional charge as the Special Secretary Statistics Department.
- IAS K L Swami, presently posted as Special Secretary in the Home Department, has been given the additional charge of Commissioner (Civil Defence Department).
- IAS Shaheen Ali Khan, the incumbent Project Director of Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society, has been given the additional charge of Director (Medical-IEC).
- IAS Rajendra Verma, presently posted as Additional Chief Executive Officer in the State Health Assurance Agency, has been given the additional charge of Director (Minority Affairs).
- IAS Vandana Singhvi (2012 batch), presently posted as Divisional Commissioner of Bikaner, has been given the additional charge of Commissioner (Colonisation Department).
- IAS Amit Yadav (2016 batch) has been given additional charge of the Deeg District Collector along with the District Collector of Bharatpur.
