In a significant move to start the new year with a positive note, the Bhajanlal government has granted major promotions to IAS, IPS, and Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers. The Rajasthan government has promoted a total of 28 IAS officers, 45 IPS officers, and 29 IFS officers in this large-scale reshuffle.
Among the prominent names in the list of those promoted are Tina Dabi and her sister Riya Dabi, both of whom have earned prestigious promotions in recognition of their exceptional service.
Tina Dabi, the famous IAS officer who secured All India Rank 1 in the 2015 UPSC exams, has been promoted to the Junior Administrative Pay Scale. Currently serving as the Barmer Collector, Tina has been a role model for aspiring civil servants. She was also honored with the Best Trainee Officer award during her IAS training, showcasing her excellence from the very beginning of her career.
Riya Dabi, an IAS officer of the 2021 batch, has made impressive strides in her career as well. She secured the 15th rank in the UPSC exams and was initially posted in Alwar after her training. Following her transfer to Udaipur by the Bhajanlal government, Riya has now been promoted from the Junior Pay Scale to the Senior Pay Scale, marking a significant milestone in her promising career.
Some of the other key promotions among the IAS officers include Praveen Gupta and Bhaskar Atmaram Sawant, who have been elevated from the above supertime pay scale to the Chief Secretary pay scale. Manju Rajpal and Debashish Prishti have been promoted to the above supertime pay scale, while several other officers, including Kumarpal Gautam and Vishram Meena, have been elevated to the supertime pay scale.
Among those promoted to the Junior Administrative Pay Scale are renowned officers such as Tina Dabi, Athar Amir Ul Shafi Khan (proforma promotion), Jasmeet Singh Sandhu, Dr. Amit Yadav, and others. Meanwhile, Riya Dabi, Gaurav Budania, Ravikumar, Aavad Nivriti Somnath, and others have been promoted from the Junior Pay Scale to the Senior Pay Scale.
This reshuffle is seen as a strategic move to motivate and recognize the hard work and dedication of these officers, ensuring that the state’s administration continues to thrive under their leadership.
