New Delhi: REC Limited held its 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, where Chairman and Managing Director Jitendra Srivastava addressed shareholders and highlighted the company’s continued commitment to financing India’s accelerated development while delivering sustained business performance and creating value for investors and stakeholders.
The AGM was conducted through video conferencing, with REC’s Board of Directors and senior management participating from the company’s Corporate Office in Gurugram.
