Following a circular issued by the Department of Personnel and Training on July 3rd, Mr. Pradeep Singh Kharola’s (1985-batch IAS officer) tenure as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Indian Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) in the rank and pay of Secretary was extended for one year on contract basis. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) had approved Officer Kharola’s tenure extension from 19.10.2024 to 19.10.2025 or until further orders.
Officer Pradeep Singh Kharola shall continue to hold the additional charge of the posts of Chairman, National Recruitment Agency and Director General, National Testing Agency, till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders.
