New Delhi: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has appointed Mr. Baldev Singh Jaryal as Executive Director (Civil), effective January 22, 2026. With this appointment, he becomes part of RVNL’s Senior Management Personnel, strengthening the company’s leadership in civil infrastructure and project execution.

Appointment Disclosed Under SEBI Regulations

According to the regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Jaryal’s appointment will remain valid until his superannuation. The company has completed all required disclosures and compliance formalities with the stock exchanges.

Over 28 Years of Global Infrastructure Experience

Mr. Baldev Singh Jaryal holds a Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering and brings over 28 years of global experience in infrastructure development. His professional expertise spans EPC, Design-Build (DB), Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects.

He has extensive experience in procurement, contract execution and management, project planning, quality assurance, commissioning, and business development. His international exposure includes work across more than 20 countries, covering strategic marketing, policy formulation, and project procurement.

Strong Background in Consultancy and Project Management

In addition to execution roles, Mr. Jaryal has also provided consultancy services for major infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, detailed engineering reports (DERs), and project management consultancy (PMC). His appointment is expected to further enhance RVNL’s capabilities in managing complex civil and railway infrastructure projects.

Stock Exchange Listing and Compliance

RVNL shares are listed on the BSE (Scrip: 542649) and the National Stock Exchange of India (Symbol: RVNL). The company has submitted all necessary office orders and disclosures in line with SEBI circulars and listing regulations.
