SECL Signs MoU with EdCIL (India) Limited to Strengthen Transparent and Professional Recruitment Processes

Bilaspur: South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has entered into a strategic collaboration with EdCIL (India) Limited by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for conducting recruitment processes for various positions in the company. The partnership is aimed at enhancing transparency, efficiency, and professionalism in SECL’s recruitment framework.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Mr. Biranchi Das, Director (Human Resources), SECL, underscoring the importance the company places on adopting best practices in human resource management.

MoU Signing Ceremony and Key Officials

The agreement was formally signed by Mr. S. Parida, General Manager (HR/MP) on behalf of SECL, while Mr. U. S. Gaikwad, General Manager, signed the MoU representing EdCIL (India) Limited.

Officials from SECL’s Manpower Department, including Mr. R. Ravi Kiran, Deputy Manager (HR/MP) and Mr. Krit Narayan Yadav, Manager (HR/MP), were also present during the signing ceremony, reflecting strong institutional support for the initiative.

Enhancing Fair and Efficient Recruitment

Under this MoU, EdCIL will assist SECL in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various posts, ensuring adherence to established norms, fairness, and transparency. The collaboration is expected to streamline recruitment timelines, improve process integrity, and provide a level playing field to job aspirants across the country.

SECL emphasized that the partnership aligns with its broader objective of adopting professional and technology-driven recruitment systems that inspire confidence among candidates and stakeholders alike.
