The Government of Odisha today gave the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director of the Odisha Police Housing and Welfare Corporation (OPHWC) to senior IPS officer Mr. S.K. Priyadarshi. Mr. Priyadarshi, a 1995-batch IPS officer, is presently serving in the rank of additional DG of Police.
The notification issued by the Home Department of the Odisha government read, “S.K. Priyadarshi, IPS (R.R. 1995), Additional D.G. of Police, Modernization, Odisha is allowed to remain in additional charge of CMD, OPHWC in addition to his own duties until further orders.”
Officer Priyadarshi had earlier served as the police commissioner of Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Commissionerate police.
