New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) is all set to conduct the selection interviews for the prestigious position of Director (Projects) at SJVN Limited on Monday, January 19. Twelve shortlisted candidates, drawn from various public sector undertakings (PSUs) and engineering backgrounds, will compete for the leadership role at this Schedule ‘A’ power company.
Leadership Gap at SJVN
The Director (Projects) post has been vacant since August 1, 2025, creating a critical leadership gap in the Ministry of Power-controlled PSU. The vacancy was officially advertised on September 29, 2025, and after a rigorous screening process, the final stage of interviews is now being held. The appointment is expected to bring stability and fresh strategic direction to the company.
