Rishikesh: THDC India Limited inaugurated its flagship two-day HR Confluence, ‘Vimarsh 2025’, at the Takshashila HRD Centre in Rishikesh. Held from August 25–26, the event has drawn leading HR professionals, industry thought leaders, and senior executives from public and private sector enterprises for high-level discussions on the future of human resources in a tech-driven world.
CMD R.K. Vishnoi Inaugurates the Event
In his keynote address, THDC Chairman and Managing Director R.K. Vishnoi praised the HR team for organizing what he termed a “confluence of national importance.” Emphasizing people-centric growth, Vishnoi noted:
“In today’s evolving business environment, HR drives resilience and innovation. At THDC, people are the true drivers of growth and excellence.”
He further described Vimarsh 2025 as a strategic platform aligned with India’s long-term vision of becoming a Viksit Bharat by 2047, aimed at building a pool of future-ready leaders.

Collaboration with SHRM India
The confluence is being organized in collaboration with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and features panel discussions, expert talks, and interactive sessions on contemporary HR issues.
A major highlight of the event was a panel discussion on “Leadership Readiness in an AI-Driven World,” which included:

Speaking on the occasion, THDC Director (Personnel) Shallinder Singh said:

Singh highlighted the meaning behind the name Vimarsh, which comes from Sanskrit, meaning “deliberation” or “discussion.”
