IAS officer Tushar Singla has been given additional charge of Chief General Manager, Bihar Development Mission, Cabinet Secretariat. He is an IAS of 2015 batch and Bihar cadre currently serving as Joint Secretary, Finance Department.
Mr. Singla has done his graduation from IIT, Delhi and post-grad in Public Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). He has also worked in BHEL before joining in IAS.
