With major projects underway and government determination at an all-time high, Simhastha 2028 could become a turning point for Ujjain. The city aims to emerge as a model for modern religious tourism and governance. However, the real impact of these promises will only become clear in the coming years — will Ujjain’s dream of global spiritual prominence come true, or remain a vision on paper?
