UPPSC PCS Prelims 2024 Examination Got Postponed Again

According to an official notice, the Combined State/Senior Subordinate Services (Pvt.) Examination-2024 will now likely take place in mid-December 2024.

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced the postponement of the UPPSC PCS Prelims 2024 examination, originally scheduled for October. According to an official notice, the Combined State/Senior Subordinate Services (Pvt.) Examination-2024 will now likely take place in mid-December 2024.

Candidates are encouraged to check the official UPPSC website at uppsc.up.gov.in for the latest updates and further details regarding the examination date and schedule.

The preliminary examination consists of two compulsory papers, both conducted on OMR sheets. Paper I will be held from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by Paper II from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Each paper is worth 200 marks, with a two-hour duration. Notably, Paper II is a qualifying paper, requiring a minimum score of 33% for candidates to be considered for evaluation. Failure to appear in both papers will result in disqualification.

A PDF file will open with the details; candidates should download this file and keep a hard copy for future reference.
The online registration for the examination began on January 1 and concluded on January 29, 2024. For additional updates and information, candidates should regularly check the official UPPSC website.
