New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Assistant Commandant Final Result 2026 for the recruitment examination held in 2025.
A total of 350 candidates have been recommended for appointment on the basis of the written examination and Interviews.
Along with the final result, the Commission has released the merit list of selected candidates. This year’s top ranks include a strong performance by women candidates, with three women securing positions in the top 10.
Sheershoo Deb has secured the first position in the final merit list, followed by Aryan Sheoran at Rank 2. Akanksha Vishwakarma secured the third position and emerged as the highest-ranked woman candidate.
Sheershoo Deb Tops UPSC CAPF AC Final Merit List
According to the released merit list, Sheershoo Deb has secured Rank 1, while Aryan Sheoran has taken the second position.
Akanksha Vishwakarma secured Rank 3, making her the highest-ranked woman among the top 10 candidates.
Two other women candidates also made it to the top 10. Dipali Patle secured Rank 6, while Kashish Chaudharysecured Rank 8.
Thus, three women candidates have featured among the top 10 candidates in the UPSC CAPF AC Final Result 2026.

The application process for the CAPF Assistant Commandant examination began on March 5, 2025, and continued until March 25, 2025.
The written examination was subsequently conducted on August 3, 2025.
The result listing candidates by name was released by UPSC on April 9, 2026. Following the completion of the subsequent stages of the recruitment process, the Commission has now declared the final result on August 7, 2026.
