UP PCS-2023 Results Declared, 251 Candidates Successful, Deoband’s Siddharth Gupta Tops, Check Result Here

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has declared the final results of PCS-2023 Examination. 251 candidates have been successful.

Siddharth Gupta from Deoband, Saharanpur, has topped the exam. While Prem Shankar Pandey of Prayagraj is second and Satvik Srivastava from Hardoi is in third place.

In this exam, boys have excelled, as in top 10, there are 8 of them. In total, 167 male and 84 female candidates have been selected. It means that out of the total selected candidates, 33.46 percent are women.

Among the top 20 candidates, 13 are male and 7 are female candidates.

In Total, 77 OBC, 55 SC and 2 ST candidates have been selected in PCS.

For 19 types of posts, 251 candidates were declared successful against 253 posts.

The result of Mains exam was declared on 22nd December 2023. 451 candidates were declared successful for interview in the main examination.

Interviews were conducted between January 8 and January 12, 2024. Three candidates were absent in the interview round. The results of which were declared on 24 January.

This year, 5 lakh 65 thousand 459 candidates were registered in PCS 2023. 3 lakh 45 thousand 22 candidates appeared in the preliminary examination. 4047 candidates were declared successful for the main examination.

68 districts have been represented among the total selected candidates. Interestingly, PCS 2023 selection Interview process has been completed in 9 days.

The preliminary examination has been declared on 14th January 2023 and the final selection result has been declared on 23rd January 2024.
