The Union Public Service Commission is all set to commence the Civil Services (CSE) Main exam 2024 from Friday, September 20 onwards. The UPSC CSE Mains exam is scheduled to be held in both morning and afternoon shifts — from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, respectively.

Important Exam Centre Guidelines For UPSC CSE Mains 2024:

Admit card: The admit card is one of the important documents to carry at the exam centre. Without the hall ticket, the candidates will not be allowed to appear in the Mains exam.

Reporting time: The reporting time for the candidates to appear in the morning shift is 8:30 am, and the afternoon shift is 2 pm.

Important documents: The candidates need to bring an Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Driving License, and other necessary documents to the exam centre.

Don’t Bring These To The Exam Hall:

Electronic devices: The candidates should not carry any sort of gadgets, or electronic devices at the exam centre.

Metal items: Don’t carry jewellery, or bangles at the exam centre.

Don’t Adopt Unfair Means: The candidates are advised not to take any sort of illegal means. Legal action will be taken against candidates found cheating. The candidates are barred from using any sort of written materials at the exam centre.

Download The Hall Ticket:

UPSC CSE Mains 2024 hall ticket is still available for download on the official website-upsc.gov.in. The candidates can download the admit card from the official portal- upsc.gov.in. The login credentials required to download the admit card are- the application number and the date of birth.
