The relief includes:

  • Assistance for 85 fully damaged houses
  • Financial aid to families of 17 deceased victims

This step reflects the government’s commitment to timely rehabilitation and support.

Focus on Rural Development and Electricity Supply

Several rural infrastructure projects have also received funding:

  • ₹5 crore for electricity supply to 74 unconnected hamlets in Champawat
  • ₹60.20 lakh for CC road construction from Hauli Piplati to Jyosuda
  • ₹46.01 lakh for installation of 200 electricity poles in Someshwar (Almora)

These initiatives aim to improve connectivity and quality of life in remote areas.

  • ₹41.07 lakh for construction of a memorial gate in Salt (Almora) in honor of former विधायक Surendra Singh Jeena

Legal Action in Money Laundering Case

Strengthening Growth Across Sectors
