Singapore: On the second day of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s visit to Singapore, Uttar Pradesh continued its streak of major investment wins. Key agreements were signed between the state’s investment promotion agency, Invest UP, and Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE), along with a significant MoU with aviation services giant AISATS for projects at Noida International Airport, Jewar, totaling ₹4,458 crore.
Invest UP and SCE Sign Strategic MoU
The MoU between Invest UP and SCE aims to strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s institutional capacity and policy framework while fostering a long-term strategic partnership for sustainable economic growth.
Key areas of collaboration include:
- Knowledge sharing and technical cooperation
- Training and capacity-building programs
- Policy advice and guidance for government and private sector initiatives
- Joint development and implementation of technical projects
Under this agreement, detailed project MoUs specifying scope, timelines, and financials will be negotiated within two months and finalized within six months. This partnership is expected to bring global administrative expertise, urban planning insights, and industrial cluster development experience from Singapore to Uttar Pradesh.

AISATS to Invest ₹4,458 Crore in Jewar Airport Projects
In another major development, AISATS signed an MoU with the Uttar Pradesh government to set up two landmark projects at Noida International Airport, Jewar, located in Gautam Buddh Nagar. The investment of ₹4,458 crore will cover:
- State-of-the-Art Cargo Campus
- Will serve as a major air freight and logistics hub for North India.
- Facilitate export-import operations, especially in electronics, pharmaceuticals, and agricultural products.
- Integrated with multi-modal connectivity, boosting international trade potential.

- World-Class Air Catering Kitchen
- Will supply high-quality meals for flights operating from Jewar Airport.
- Distribution will extend to other airports across North India.
- Expected to strengthen the food processing sector and supply chain network, creating thousands of direct and indirect jobs.
