Chief Minister Mr. Hemant Soren officially inaugurated the 5-day Jharkhand IAS Officers Wives Association (JESOVA) Diwali Mela 2025, held at the historic Morabadi Ground in Ranchi. MLA Ms. Kalpana Soren joined the event, which is being celebrated with great enthusiasm to mark JESOVA’s 25 years of dedicated service towards social upliftment.

He highlighted that the primary goal of organizing the Diwali Mela is to channel the proceeds towards supporting the poor and needy, and advancing educational and health initiatives across Jharkhand. The association continues to distribute honorariums to social workers and recently inaugurated a new library, reinforcing its commitment to community development.
