To qualify for certification, NTPC completed the HR Best Practice Survey, Validation and Audit. After comparing its performance to international standards, NTPC was rated as a Top Employer.
The Best HR Practice Survey involves six HR domains and 20 topics including: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Wellbeing and many more.
