Amidst a recent development, the Ministry of Personnel, Government of India, fixed the Inter-Se Seniority of 177 IAS officers, out of which 14 were allotted the AGMUT cadre. “Inter-Se seniority” is a bureaucratic term used to refer to the seniority amongst officers who are working at the same pay scale or rank.
