IPS Anayat Ali Chaudhary was recently mandated by the Jammu & Kashmir (UT) Administration to assume charge as the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of the Shopian district. Officer Chaudhary received a warm reception from local police officials as IPS Tanushree (2017 batch), the outgoing SSP, handed him the baton empanelling him as the next Top Cop of the district.
Upon assuming the charge, Mr. Anayat Ali held an introductory meeting with senior police officers of the district and impressed upon officers to work with dedication and enthusiasm to mitigate problems faced by the people of Shopian. He further stressed the need for teamwork and directed officers to have their doors open for the general public.
