Rajasthan Govt Nominates 23 IAS Officers As Coordinators For 23 Countries Before An International Summit

The government of Rajasthan has recently nominated 23 IAS officers, including the Principal Secretary of Industries, Mr. Ajitabh Sharma (1996 batch IAS officer), to coordinate with 23 nations to explore trade, business, and investment opportunities in Rajasthan. The summit is scheduled in Jaipur on December 9th and December 10th.

IAS Sharma has been made coordinator for the USA. IAS Rohit Gupta, the present industries commissioner, has been nominated as the UK coordinator. IAS Sidharth Sihag, presently Joint Secretary to CM, has been named coordinator for the UAE.

IAS Arti Dogra, presently Chairperson of Discoms, has been nominated for Germany, and IAS Ravi Kumar Surpur, the finance secretary (revenue), was announced as coordinator for South Africa. IAS Dinesh Kumar, the incumbent principal secretary of revenue, for Russia, the commercial taxes commissioner, IAS Prakash Rajpurohit, for France.

IAS Ashutosh AT Pednekar, the rural development secretary, has been nominated for Belgium, excise commissioner IAS Nakate Shivprasad for Brazil, and JDA commissioner IAS Anandhi for Japan.

Tourism secretary IAS Ravi Jain has been given charge of Australia, school education secretary IAS Krishna Kunal of the Netherlands, special secretary to CM, IAS Sandesh Nayak, of Switzerland, and GAD secretary IAS Joga Ram of Qatar.

DOP secretary, IAS Krishna Kant Pathak, is the coordinator for Italy, IT and communication secretary, IAS Archana Singh, for Finland, finance secretary (expenditure), IAS Naveen Jain, for Saudi Arabia, and principal secretary, for mines and petroleum, IAS T Ravikanth for Israel.
