Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) has taken a noble initiative of starting free Ayurveda Outpatient Department (OPD) camps under the ‘Academy Amrit Aarogya – Ayush Seva’ campaign. This initiative has been taken under the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav campaign in collaboration with the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
The free Ayurveda OPD are being organized in 75 rural and semi-urban areas, and schools free of cost and a booklet is also being distributed to take Ayurveda to the masses.
Director LBSNAA, Srinivas Katikithala, flagged off the campaign on 23 September along with other members of the Academy.
Earlier, the academy, under the ‘Amrit Kaal Sankalp’, engaged with 75 schools around Mussoorie to support curricular and extra-curricular activity. These school children participated in ‘Sabka Vikas Diwas’ held on 17 September where they presented songs and poems in presence of Padma Awardees and Officer Trainees.
