52 IPS officer transferred in West Bengal

The West Bengal government has ordered major reshuffle of IPS officers on Monday night. According to the order some 55 senior police officials, including 52 IPS and three WBPS officers has been transferred and some have been promoted. At the same time, DIG Medinipur Range, Kunal Aggarwal, has been sent on ‘compulsory waiting’.
The officer will have to take charge of new post with immediate effect.
