Assam : Seven IAS Transferred, Rosetta Mary posted as DC, East Khasi Hills

Seven IAS Officers of Assam Meghalaya cadre have been reshuffled with immediate effect

Ms. Rosetta Mary Kurbah of 2010 batch and presently Secretary of Health & Family Welfare Department has been ransferred as Deputy Commissioner, East Khansi Hills. Sibhi Chakravarthy Sadhu has been transferred as Director of the Community and Rural Development Department. 2011 batch officer Mr. Sadhu was presently Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills. Now, he will also function as Secretary of the same department as well as the Fisheries and Water Resources Departments.

Wilfred Nongsiej who is presently Deputy Commissioner of Eastern West Khasi Hills District has been transferred as Secretary of Prisons & Correctional Services Department. Gideon Kharmawphlang presently serving as Deputy Commissioner of South West Garo Hills has been transferred as Deputy Commissioner of Eastern West Khasi Hills District.

Swapnil Tembe presently Deputy Commissioner, West Garo Hills has been transferred as Joint Secretary of Education Department and Director of School Education & Literacy and Special Project Director – SSA.

Jagdish Chelani of 2018 batch and presently Deputy Commissioner of East Garo Hills District transferred as Deputy Commissioner, West Garo Hills District. Vibhor Aggarwal of 2019 batch and presently Deputy Secretary of Sports & Youth Affairs Department has been transferred as Deputy Commissioner of East Garo Hills District.
