Haryana : 12 officers transferred in major reshuffling

The 1987 batch IAS officer Devender Singh has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary in Skill Development and Industrial Training Department.

In a major reshuffling at administrative level the Haryana government has issued transfer and posting order for 12 IAS officers. The transfer order was signed by Chief Secretary Keshni Anand Arora on 3rd September. It also includes senior officer like Devender Singh. The 1987 batch IAS officer has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary in Skill Development and Industrial Training Department. He is currently the Additional Chief Secretary, Irrigation and Water Resource Department and Additional Chief Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department.

Along with him, V Umashankar (1993)  has also been given additional charge of Principal Secretary Electronics and Information Technology Department. He is already serving as the

Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, CEO, Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran, and Principal Secretary Citizen Resources Department. Whereas, Vijayendra Kumar has been posted as the Principal Secretary, GAD, CEO, Saraswati Heritage Board, and Principal Secretary,  Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department. The 1995 batch officer was previously assigned to the post of Principal Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD),  CEO,    Saraswati Heritage Board, and Principal Secretary, Skill Development, and Industrial Training Department.

Pankaj Yadav, a 2001 batch officer  has been given additional charge of Director General, Urban Estates, Haryana while Renu S. Phulia has been posted as Director General, Women and Child Development and Secretary, Women and  Child Development Department and Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights and Managing Director, Women Development Corporation Limited.

Several other officers has also been assigned with new postings. According to the notification Ashok Kumar Meena will take up the new post as Registrar Co-operative Societies  Special Secretary, Cooperation Department and Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority. The 2006 batch officer is currently the Commissioner, Food & Drugs Administration, Haryana and CEO, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority. Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner, Nuh and CEO, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh Pankaj (2009) has been posted as Managing Director, HARTRON and CEO, Micro Irrigation Authority. A 2009 batch officer Ms. Sharandeep Kaur Brar, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra. The officer who has also served as DC, Ambala was awaiting orders of posting.

A 2009 batch officer, Mani Ram Sharma, has been posted as Director, Sainik and  Ardh Sainik Welfare Department and Special  Secretary, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department and Secretary, Rajya Sainik Board, Haryana, the notification stated. At present the officer is the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana and Special Secretary, Cooperation Department. Dhirendra Khadgata, has been posted as CEO, Mewat Development Agency, Nuh and Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, and Manoj Kumar has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Rohtak. He is now the Director, Women and Child Development Department, Additional Secretary, Women & Child Development Department, Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Director, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, Additional Secretary, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department and Secretary, Rajya Sainik Board Haryana. In addition to them Lalit Kumar has been posted as Commissioner, Food & Drugs Administration Haryana. He was also awaiting the transfer order.
