19 IAS Officers Transferred in Haryana

2018 batch IAS officer, Mr. Ayush Sinha has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Citizen Resources Information Department. No reason was given for his transfer out of Karnal.

In a major bureaucratic rejig state government of Haryana transferred 19 IAS officers with immediate effect in the State.

The official order states that – Karnal SDM & 2018 batch IAS officer, Mr. Ayush Sinha has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Citizen Resources Information Department. His transfer order came three days after the incident that took place during a farmer protest, his video clip was gone viral in which he was instructing a group of policemen to “break heads” of protestors who breach a security cordon during protest.

The 2008 batch IAS officer from Haryana cadre Mr. Rippudaman Singh Dhillon replaced incumbent officer Mr. Jaibir Singh Arya and now he will be posted as Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Bhiwani. Whereas Mr. Jaibir Singh Arya has been transferred and posted as Director Haryana Governance Reforms Authority and as Managing Director (MD) CONFED.

Mr. Varinder Kundu, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Employment, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare, Printing and Stationary, Mr. Siddhi Nath Roy will hold the post of ACS Forests & Wildlife, Environment & Climate and Medical Education & Research, Dr. Raja Shekhar Vundru has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary Labour Department.

Mrs. G Anupama will hold the post of Chief Administrator Trade Fair Authority of Haryana at Delhi, Principal Secretary of Women & Child Development and nodal officer of International Gita Mahotsav, 2020.

The government also announced awaiting posting orders on Wednesday, Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta has been posted as Principal Secretary Urban Local Bodies, Skill Development and Industrial Training. Whereas Mr. Vijay Singh Dahiya has been transferred and posted as Director General as well as Secretary Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.

Ms. Renu S Phulia has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Ambala Division, While Jagdeep Singh has been posted as DG as well as Secretary of Welfare for SC & BC.

Mr. Chander Shekhar Khare will be Director and Secretary of Higher Education and Technical Education, Mr. Sujan Singh has been posted as Director as well as Special Secretary Rural Development, Mr. Rajnarayan Kaushik will hold additional charge of Director and Special Secretary of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ms. Mandeep Kaur has been given the additional charge of Director Art & Cultural Affairs, She is presently posted as Additional Labour Commissioner and Additional Director ESI.

Mr Akhil Pilani, Joint Commissioner, MC Yamunanagar has been posted as Additional Commissioner-cum- District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Kurukshetra. Whereas Ms. Aparajita, SDM (civil) Ballabhgarh has been posted as Additional Commissioner, MC, Faridabad.

Mr. Sachin Gupta, SDM (Civil), Ambala Cantt, estate officer management of government land in excised area, Ambala Cantt. and Administrator, MC Ambala Sadar has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum- District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Rewari.

HCS officer Mr. Vivek Padam Singh, Special Secretary to Haryana Finance Department has been given the additional charge of Member Secretary, Haryana Backward Classes Commission.
