In a major bureaucratic reshuffle in Chhattisgarh, the Bhupesh Baghel-led state government transferred and posted 23 IAS officers, including 2 district collectors.
2004 batch IAS officer Sanjay Kumar Alung has been made the Commissioner of Raipur division in place of Bilaspur. While 2008-batch IAS officer Bhim Singh has been made the commissioner of Bilaspur division.
Akash Chikara, a 2017-batch IAS officer, has been given the responsibility of Gariaband Collector and Prabhat Malik, a 2015-batch IAS officer, has been made the Mahasamund Collector.
Apart from this, Manoj Soni has been made Special Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department and Sunil Kumar Chandravanshi has been made the Commissioner of Raigarh Municipal Corporation.
