A 2012 batch, UP- cadre IAS officer, Dr. Vibha Chahal has been appointed as the private Secretary to the Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Bharti Pravin Pawar, in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW).
She has been appointed at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of five years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post.
