GOI Gives New Postings to 2 IAS Officers

The Government of India has posted two IAS officers in different postings

The officers that have received the new postings are:

  • Ranjit Kumar (IAS:2008:MH) was on Wednesday (22.12.2021) appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), New Delhi for a period of four years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Kumar has been appointed to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
  • Vipul Bansal (IAS:2005:KN) has been appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of MMTC Limited. According to an order issued from the Department of Commerce dated December 17, Bansal has been appointed to the MMTC Board in place of Shyamal Mishra, who was relieved on December 7, 2021, from the Department of Commerce, said MMTC in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Tuesday. Presently, he is holding the post of Joint Secretary in the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
