In a major administrative reshuffle, the Himachal Pradesh state government on Thursday evening transferred and posted three IAS and five Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Officers including Division Commissioners Kangra and Deputy Commissioners Kinnuar.
Dr. Abhishek Jain , IAS ( HP : 2002 ) , Secretary ( Education & Information Technology ), who is holding charge of the post of Secretary ( Technical Education ) Shimla , will also hold additional Charge of the post of Secretary to Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
Ms. A. Shainamol , IAS ( HP : 2007 ) , presently awaiting posting , as Divisional Commissioner , Kangra Division at Dharamshala , District Kangra , Himachal Pradesh , relieving Akshay Sood , IAS ( HP : 2002 ) of this additional charge . Ms. Torul S. Raveesh , IAS ( HP : 2016 ) , Special Secretary ( Public Works & Information Technology ) Shimla , as Deputy Commissioner , Kinnauar at Reckong Peo , District Kinnaur relieving Surinder Singh Rathore , HPAS ( 2016 ) , Additional District Magistrate , Pooh , District Kinnaur of this additional charge .
Dr. (Mrs.) Madhu Chaudhary, HPAS (2006), Secretary, H.P. Board of School Education, Dharamshala, District Kangra as Adl Director, Medical Education & Research, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
Dr. ( Maj. Retd. ) Vishal Sharma , HPAS ( 2011 ) , Additional Director , Medical Education & Research as Secretary , H.P. Board of School Education, Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
Praveen Kumar Taak, HPAS (2015), Joint Secretary (Cooperation and Forests) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, will also hold additional charge of the post of Joint Secretary (SAD & GAD) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh and Director, Hospitality and Protocol, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, relieving Surjeet Singh, HPAS (2012) of this charge.
Surjeet Singh, HPAS (2012), will continue to function as Secretary, State Election Commission, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, till further orders. Ms. Priya Nagta , HPAS ( 2019 ) , Sub Divisional Officer ( Civil ) -cum – Project Director ( DRDA ) , Keylong , District Lahaul & Spiti, as Assistant Settlement Officer , Kullu , District Kullu , vice Rajesh Bhandari , HPAS (2020), whose posting orders will be issued separately.
